Realty Metrix Commercial Completes Nine New Leases in Elgin and South Elgin, IL
ALGONQUIN, IL (December 20, 2018) — Realty Metrix Commercial completes nine new small shop leases along the Randall Road retail corridor – Route 20 in Elgin to McDonald Road in South Elgin. Total leased space equals 18,781 SF.
From north to south the new tenants include:

● Girl Scouts of Northern IL: 4,500 SF
● LZ Foot Retreat and Spa: 1,500 SF
● Starship Travel: 1,300 SF
● Lou’s Morelli’s Pizza: 2,940 SF
● Miracle Ear: 1,360 SF
● Firehouse Subs: 1,600 SF
● Eternal Tan: 2,281 SF
Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt, partners of Realty Metrix Commercial, represented all of the landlords and some of the tenants in these retail lease transactions.
