ALGONQUIN, IL (Sept 18, 2018): With assistance from Realty Metrix Commercial, Tanoshii Sushi has purchased a new location in Algonquin, IL.
Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt, partners of Realty Metrix Commercial, represented both the purchaser, Tanoshii Sushi, and the seller, Algonquin Galleria TIC Rollup LLC, in the sale/purchase of this 6,500 SF restaurant building located within the Algonquin Galleria on Randall Road.
“We are very excited to bring our creative sushi style to the Algonquin community” said Tanoshii Sushi partner “Sushi Mike” Ham. “This location will provide a unique Tanoshii experience with the addition of Hibachi menu items. After we perform a complete building renovation, we plan to open in December of this year.”
Tanoshii Sushi currently has locations in the West Loop and Andersonville neighborhoods of Chicago, IL.
